An Analysis on the Requirement and Improvement of Campus Planning Based on Human-oriented Concept

随着高等教育规模的快速发展,早期校园建设的模式已不再适用,在新的阶段如何充分发挥校园规划的作用,坚持以人为本,充分考虑校园主体需求显得尤为重要。本文将人本理念作为校园规划的出发点和落脚点,分析人本型校园规划"互动整合、集约自调、共享利和、和谐持续、创新多元"五大要点,并从功能、布局、发展、技术的角度讨论校园规划的改进思路。以激发校园规划的生命力、创造力,在校园规划中体现社会主义核心价值观,促进高校的蓬勃发展。

With the rapid development of institutions of higher education,the mode of campus construction in early stage is no longer applicable.In the new era, it has become particularly important to do campus planning based on the concept of human-orientation,giving full consideration to the principal requirements of the campus. This paper will make the human-oriented concept the starting point and foothold of campus planning, analyzing the five key elements of humanistic campus planning, i.e., interactive integration,intensive self regulating,sharing and mutual benefit, harmonious and sustained, and multiple innovation. It will analyze the method of improvement of campus planning from the perspectives of function, layout, development and technology. These will stimulate the vitality and creativity of the campus planning, embody the core values of socialism on the campus planning,and promote the vigorous development of colleges and universities.
