平衡计分卡业绩评价方法:演进与展望 被引量:3

摘要 业绩金字塔为平衡计分卡的产生奠定了基础,平衡计分卡被提出后得到了成功的应用。在当代,新型企业核心技术研发人员等关键成员对企业的生存和发展有着极其重要的作用,应针对新型企业的特点,建立适用于研发部门绩效评价的改进型平衡计分卡系统模型。
