China’s reparations from Japan was an important incident in the history of Far East relationships, but the U.S.A. had played a leading role in the reparations from Japan, and the US reparation poli cy became from active attitude to negative one with the changing of the internat ional situation, which can be showed from the shift of the US manners during its contact with National Resources Commission of China.
