解放战争后期,中国共产党城市政策的形成经历了从初步制定到发展再到完善的三个不同的阶段。由于制定了正确的城市政策,中国共产党顺利地完成了城市的接管工作,从而为新中国的建立,国民经济的恢复和发展奠定了良好的基础。

During the late period of the War of Liberation with the PLA successively occupying some cities the reception and management of these cities is an very important task confronted by the CCP. The process of formation of the party's city policies has gone through three different phrases of the primary formation development and perfection. Owing to these correct city policies the reception and management of these cities has been accomplished successfully which lays the solid foundation for the founding of the People's Republic of China the recovery and development of the national economy.
