Discusses the implication for political efficacy. It is referred to as one's belief or confidence in his/her own ability to affect political activities. People's political efficacy can affect the level of political civilization of a country, political stability and realization of political democratization. Further, an analysis is made to the functional mechanism of political efficacy and the results show that it can affect people's political selection process, thinking and motivation processes of political activities and emotional arousal process of political environment. Correspondingly, some suggestions are put forward to cultivate one's political efficacy, such as forming one's successful experience, emphasizing active substitute experience, performing realistic speech persuasion and controlling passive emotional arousal.
