腹腔镜胆囊切除术在老年胆囊结石患者中的应用(附379例报告)

Application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the aged patients with cholelithiasis:A report of 379 cases

目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术在老年胆囊结石患者中应用的可行性。方法 对患有胆囊结石并行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的 379例老年患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 397例患者均无死亡 ,中转剖腹手术 5例 ,术后发生肺部感染 4例 ,切口感染 1例。短暂性脑缺血发作 (TIA) 1例 ,均经相应治疗治愈。结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术对老年病人是安全可靠的 ,但应合理选择病例 ,重视老年患者的围手术期处理 。

Objective To study the application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the aged patients with cholelithiasis.Methods Three hundred and ninety seven cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the aged patients with cholelithiasis were reviewed retrospectively.Results After the operation,there were 5 cases underwent open cholecystecomy.Four cases of lung infection,1 case of wound infection and 1 case of transient ischemic attack(TIA) developed postoperatively.They were cured with correspondent measures.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and reliable to the aged patients with cholelithiasis.We should reasonably choose the case,pay attention to the per operative management of the aged to increase the sugical operation's successful rate.
