摘要
利用对氨基苯磺酸钠处理能感染小麦叶锈病、条锈病和秆锈病的品种燕大1885的小麦花,在后来(F_1)中获得了苗期及成株期能抗锈的植株。1962年,从0.2%对氨基苯磺酸钠处理雌蕊后授粉的75朵花中,获得34颗籽粒,经幼苗测定,有4株对小麦叶锈病表现出抗病型反应。1963年的试验,从花粉囊开放后,用0.2%对氨基苯磺酸钠处理雌蕊获得的487颗籽粒中,经幼苗鉴定,有9株对小麦叶锈病比对照发病显著减轻,并有2株具有抗病型或中度抗病型病斑。从193颗籽粒的成采测定中,获得3株对小麦叶锈病及条锈病显著减轻,并具有抗病型病斑。
The Mutagenic effect of sodium sulfanilate for the inducement of rustresistance of wheat was experimentally proved in the present paper.Whenthe flowers of a rust susceptible wheat variety Yeta 1885 were treatedwith 0.2% sodium sulfanilate,rust resistant offsprings were obtained.In experiments of 1962,75 flowers were pollinated after pistil treat-ment with 0.2% sodium sulfanilate,34 seeds were obtained,of which 4produced resistant plants to leaf rust at seedling stage.In 1963,from 487 seeds obtained from treating pistil with 0.2% so-dium sulfanilate after opening of pollen sac,it was observed that the se-verity of leaf rust of 9 seedlings was distinctly reduced as compared withthe check,and 2 seedlings exhibited moderately resistant reaction types.Infield tests of 193 adult plants developed from the treated materials,3plants showed marked decrease in severity of both leaf rust and striperust,accompanied with the exhibition of resistant reaction types.
