引起青海省马铃薯根腐类病害的镰刀菌种类鉴定

Identification of some Fusarium species associated with potato root rot in Qinghai Province

马铃薯是继水稻、小麦和玉米之后的第四大粮食作物[1],也是我国青海省主要的经济作物。马铃薯干腐病是镰刀菌根腐类病害中最重要的一种病害,其窖藏期发病率最高可达60%[2],根腐类病害已成为限制青海省马铃薯产业发展的重要因素。

The current study was conducted to identify the pathogens causing root rot disease in potato from the main production areas in Qinghai province,and to provide gist of management of this disease in the future.The diseased potato with root rot symptom were sampled in 8 main production areas in Qinghai province from Sep.2015 to Aug.2016.According to Koch’s postulates,Koch’s postulates were performed to confirm the pathogenicity of isolates from potato.The representative isolates were identified based on their morphological characteristics and ribosomal EF-1αsequences.The results showed that the causal agents of root rot disease on potato belong to F.solani,F.oxysporum,F.acuminatum,F.avenaceum,F.tricinctum and F.equiseti.
