移动平台地球站(ESOMP)研究进展及应用浅析
摘要
以国际上空间业务热点问题之一移动平台地球站(ESOMP)的应用为基础,介绍国际电联的研究进展、欧盟和美国对于该应用的管理办法,展望未来我国ESOMP的应用前景并提出建议。
