社会工作介入“抱团养老”之探究

我国的"抱团养老"是城乡社会应对老龄化问题创始于民间的养老模式。"抱团养老"有其独特的内涵与特征,它有利于提升老年人认同感、关照老年人生活和心理、减轻子女负担、投入成本低的优点,也有缺乏专业性、造成子女依赖心理、适合群体有限的弊端。"抱团养老"的内涵与社会工作所倡导的理念十分契合,本文提出几点建议希望将社会工作介入到"抱团养老"之中,旨在协助"抱团养老"方式更为专业化、系统化,被更大范围的老年群体所接受。

'Group pension' is a Chinese specific strategy respond to aging population problems which happened in urban as well as rural areas. 'Group pension' has its own unique connotation and characteristics. There is a variety of advantages, like enhancing the elderly identity, focusing on life and psychological care, reducing the burden on young generations and low cost. However, there are also some adverse aspects of this kind of care giving for the aged, such as lacking of professionalism, these old people easily to depend on their kids and being suitable for limited groups. The connotation of 'Group pension' is consistent with the ideas advocated by social work. A few suggestions came up in this essay appeal to involve social work in the 'Group pension' so as to make this mode more professional and systematic and widely acknowledged by the elderly.
