浅谈大学生“跨行”择业

Analysis of Cross-specialty Career Hunting for College Students

近年来,随着我国高等院校的扩招,大学生的数量逐年上升,就业压力增大,大学生就业难成了当下的一个社会问题。除了根据自己的专业选择相关行业的"理想择业",大学毕业生"跨行"择业早已是比比皆是,并成为一种常态。本文通过调查,从大学生个体的角度出发,对大学生"跨行"择业的原因进行分析,探究影响大学生"跨行"择业的因素,并提出相关对策与建议。

In recent years, along with enrollment expansion of colleges in China, the employment pressure for graduates has become a social problem since the number of graduates increased largely in a short time. In addition to choosing a major related position according to professional fields, an alternative cross-specialty job-hunting has already been popular in everywhere. In this paper, an investigation from the individual aspect of college students was carried out to analyze the causes of the cross-specialty career hunting for college students, and to deduce the influencing factors for such phenomenon, which will provide valuable suggestions and useful instruction or regulations.
