Migration and Land Development in Jin Dynasty

金代移民与土地开发关系甚密,但由于双向移民的形式和政治目的的影响,不同时期又表现为不同形式。金前期移民对土地开发主要以恢复地力为主;金中期女真移民对土地利用方式的态度发生转变,移民与土地开发呈现出交互发展的态势;金后期由于受到蒙古的侵袭,土地开发具有整体受损,局部小成的特点。

Migration in Jin Dynasty was closely related to land development. However, it appears as different forms in different periods because of the bidirectional immigration form and the influence of political purpose. In the early stage of Jin Dynasty, the use of land by migrants was more to adapt to the needs of survival and development. In the middle period, Nvzhen’s attitude towards land was changed. Migration and land development showed an interactive development trend. Due to the dual attack of Mongolian iron hoof and people’s uprising in the late Jin Dynasty, the land development had the characteristics of overall damage in the whole and small development in the part.
