地方高校智库建设的路径探析

中国特色新型智库的建设是国家的重要战略。面对我国社会转型期所出现的社会矛盾以及地方经济社会发展面临的新常态,地方政府和企业都迫切需要高校智库对其发展提供智力支持。智库的建设也是地方高校自身发展的迫切需求。从突出地方性、强调服务性和实用性来准确定位、从校内外学科融合、构建联合平台做好资源整合、从人才引进渠道到自身队伍建设、从厘清"独立性"到把握与政府的关系等方面能够找到地方高校智库建设的路径。

The construction of a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics is an important national strategy.Faced with the social contradictions that emerged during the period of social transformation in China and the new normals faced by local economic and social development,local governments and enterprises urgently need college think tanks to provide intellectual support for their development.The construction of think tanks is also an urgent need for the development of local universities.From highlighting the locality,emphasizing serviceability and practicability to accurately locate,from the integration of disciplines inside and outside the university,building a joint platform to integrate resources,from talent introduction channels to their own team building,from clarifying independence to grasping the relationship with the government,we can find the way to the construction of think tanks in colleges and universities.
