基于合格评估看新建本科院校的教师队伍发展

On the Development of Teachers in Newly-eatablished Based on Qualification Evaluation

新建本科院校教师队伍建设发生了较大改变,各新建本科院校均重视教师引进,教师队伍数量提高明显;重视教师培养培训,教师结构渐趋合理;重视教学质量,教师总体教学水平提升明显;重视教师师德师风教育,教师师德水平较高。同时,新建本科院校教师队伍的发展也存在着教师总量不足,生师比偏高、年龄结构不合理,青年教师比例偏高、职称学历结构不合理,高层次人才比例偏低且易流失、教学水平不平衡,双师型教师比例偏低等问题,为此,应建立新建本科院校师资队伍建设的绿色通道,优化教师队伍结构,提高双师型教师比例,进一步加大人才引进和在职培训力度,加大国际交流力度,提高师资队伍的国际化程度,以提高新建本科院校教师队伍发展,更好地培养应用型人才,提升服务地方经济社会发展的水平。

Great changes have taken place in the construction of the teaching staff in newly established universities.They attach importance to the introduction of teachers,teacher training,teaching quality and strengthening teachers’ moral construction,therefore,the number of teachers has increased significantly,teacher structure becomes increasingly reasonable,the overall teaching level and teachers’ professional ethics improve obviously.Meanwhile,there are also some problems in the development of newly established universities,such as the shortage of teachers,the high ratio of students to teachers,the unreasonable age structure,professional titles and academic qualifications,the high proportion of young teachers,the low proportion and the easy loss of high-level talents.Besides,the teaching level is unbalanced and the proportion of double-qualified teachers is on the low side.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a green channel for the construction of the teaching staff in newly-built universities,optimize the structure of the teaching staff,increase the proportion of double-qualified teachers and internationalization of the teaching staff,and further strengthen talent introduction,on-the-job training and international exchanges.Thus,the development of teaching staff will be raised,applied talents will be better trained and service to local economic and social development will be promoted.
