作为应用型地方院校,必须坚持应用型、地方型的发展之路,突出为地方经济发展服务的定位,走特色化发展道路。因此,探究《VBSE跨专业综合实训》课程的开发研究与实践,越来越受到地方院校的重视。学生可以通过体验教学,切身感受复杂市场环境下的企业经营,实现"把企业搬进校园"的教学理念。目前,经管类《VBSE跨专业综合实训》课程存在综合实训教学组织管理困难、教学质量难保证、实训内容关联度小、协调综合岗位的能力较弱、考核指标设置系统性不强、方式单一、综合运用所学课程知识的能力有待提高等问题,因此,应充分协调教师和学生的组织和管理,优化课程设计,加大配套教学资源的建设力度,提倡考核形式多样化,课程设计加强培养学生综合运用所学知识的能力,以培养高潜质、有全局观的实务型岗位人员。

as the application-oriented local colleges and universities,we must adhere to the application-oriented and local-oriented development path,highlight the orientation of serving the local economic development,and take the characteristic development path.Therefore,the exploration of the development,research and practice of VBSE interdisciplinary comprehensive practical training course has attracted more and more attention from local colleges and universities.Students can realize the teaching concept of 'moving enterprises into campus' by experiencing teaching and experiencing the business operation in the complex market environment.Based on the positioning of this course,this paper analyzes the problems of VBSE comprehensive practical training across majors in economics and management,and puts forward countermeasures.
