Curative effect observation of bigeminal therapy in the treatment of Acute febrile caused by pediatric respiratory system infection

目的:评价莪术油注射液与清开灵注射液联合静滴治疗小儿呼吸系统感染高热的疗效。方法:将375例呼吸道感染的患儿按疾病随机分为三组:治疗组(A组)136例,给予莪术油注射液与清开灵注射液静脉滴注;对照组(B组)124例,给予莪术油注射液静脉滴注;对照组(C组)115例,给予清开灵注射液静脉滴注。观察患儿退热情况。结果:莪术油注射液与清开灵注射液联合静滴组退热效果明显优于对照组。经统计学处理P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论:莪术油注射液与清开灵注射液联合静滴治疗小儿呼吸系统感染急性高热疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effection of Zedoary turmeric oil injection combined with Qingkailing injection intravenous drip in the treatment of acute febrile caused by pediatric respiratory system infection.Methods 375 patients with acute febrile caused by pediatric respiratory system infection were randomly divided into three groups:The treatment group(A group) 136 cases,given the zedoary turmeric oil injection combined with Qingkailing injection intravenous drip;The control group(group B) in 124 cases,given the redoary turmeric oil injection for intravenous drip;The control group(group C) in 115 cases,given the Qingkailing injection intravenous drip,compare the antipyretic effectiveness of three groups.Results The results showed the zedoary turmeric oil injection combined with Qingkailing injection intravenous drip group antifebrile effect surpasses the control group obviously.After statistics processing, P<0.01,The difference had statistical significance.Conclusion Zedoary turmeric oil injection combined with Qingkailing injection intravenous drip in the treatment of acute febrile pediatric respiratory system infection is effective significantly.
