氧气吹臀联合紫草油治疗新生儿尿布皮炎疗效观察

Oxygen blowing hip joint Lithospermum oil treatment efficacy of neonatal diaper dermatitis

目的:观察氧气吹臀联合紫草油治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的疗效。方法:将患有尿布皮炎的78例新生儿随机分为观察组与对照组,两组患儿常规治疗、护理方式相同,均给以紫草油局部涂擦治疗皮损,观察组在此基础上给以纯氧吹臀。3天后观察治疗效果。结果:观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:局部氧气吹臀联合紫草油治疗新生儿尿布皮炎能加快红肿消退,收敛创口,促进愈合,疗效快,效果好,值得推广。

Objective Observation of the oxygen blowing hip joint Lithospermum oil treatment efficacy of neonatal diaper dermatitis.Method The 78 cases with neonatal diaper dermatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,two groups of children with conventional treatment, care the same way,all give Lithospermum oil rubbed treatment of local lesions,on the basis of the observation group to to pure oxygen blown hip.Observed 3 days after treatment.Result Observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Blowing oxygen partial hip joint Lithospermum oil can speed up the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis swelling subsided,convergence wound,promote healing,efficacy fast,effective,worthy of promotion.
