摘要
目的:探究催产素联合米索前列醇用于延期妊娠引产的临床效果。方法:对2010年3月～2011年3月期间收治的140例延期妊娠产妇随机平均分为两组,其中观察组选择催产素联合米索前列醇药物进行引产,对照组只应用催产素药物引产。结果:观察组成功引产62例,成功率为88.57%;对照组成功引产50例,成功率为71.43%。观察组成功引产率明显高于对照组。观察组用药(2.1±0.5)天,对照组用药(3.2±0.3)天,观察组用药时间相对对照组用时少。结论:催产素联合米索前列醇在严格按规定给药和严密有效的监护之下,可有效提高引产成功率,缩短引产时间,是一种安全可靠的引产药物,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore oxytocin combined with misoprostol for induction of labor in the clinical effects of prolonged pregnancy.Methods:in 2010 March～2011 March treated 140 cases of delayed pregnancy were divided into two groups,the observation group selection of oxytocin combined with misoprostol for induction of labor,the control group only applied oxytocin drug induction.Results:the observation group of successful induction of labor in 62 cases,the success rate was 88.57%;the control group of successful induction of labor in 50 cases,the success rate is 71.43%.The observation group was significantly higher than that of control group of successful induction of labor.The observation group in 2.1±0.5 days,compared to the control group after 3.2±0.3 days,the observation group medication time relative to the control group with less.Conclusion:oxytocin combined with misoprostol in strict accordance with the provisions of delivery and effective custody,which can effectively improve the success rate,shorten induction time,is a safe and reliable abortifacient drugs,worthy of clinical application.
