MSCT多期增强扫描及重组技术在输尿管发育畸形诊断中的应用

摘要 目的:评价多层螺旋CT(MSCT)多期增强扫描及其重组技术对输尿管先天性发育畸形的诊断价值。方法:23例输尿管先天性畸形患者,经MSCT轴位平扫,动脉期,静脉期和延迟期增强扫描,数据分别经多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重组(CPR),三维容积重组(VR),最大密度投影(MIP),对比分析各种后处理技术在显示和诊断输尿管先天性畸形中的应用价值。结果:23例后处理重建图像,均能清晰显示输尿管畸形的部位,范围,形态及周围组织结构,以CPR重组显示输尿管全程更全面,VR和MIP图像类似于静脉尿路造影,能立体显示病变。结论:MSCT多期增强扫描及后处理技术对输尿管先天发育畸形的显示和诊断具备优势,尤以CPR价值最大,有望成为诊断输尿管先天性畸形的最有价值的检查方法。 Objective:To investigate the application value of multi—slice CT(MSCT) multi—phase scanning and post—processing techniques in congenital malformation of ureter.Methods:23 cases with congenital malformation of ureter were scanned.Non—enhanced axial scans and enhanced scans of arterial phase,venous phase and delayed phase were inclued.Reconstruction images acquired with 2D MPR(multiplanar reformation),CPR(curved reformation) 3D VR(volume rendering) and MIP(maximum intensity projection) techniques were studied.The demonstration and diagnostic capatibities of the each post—processing techniques were comparatively analyzed.Result;All post—processing reformation images could exhibit the location,range,shape and adjacent structure of congenital malformation of ureter.CPR could clearly display the whole range of ureter.MIP and VR images,similar to intravenous urography (IVU),could demonstrate the lesions in stereo display.Conclusion;MSCT Multi—phase enhanced Scanning and post—processing techniques can supply valuable information in the demonstration and diagnosis of congenital malformation of ureter,especially for CPR,It might become the most valuable means of detecting congenital malformation of ureter.
