摘要
目的:探讨导致社会因素剖宫产的主要原因及结局。方法:分析720例社会因素实施剖宫产主要原因。结果:社会因素实施剖宫产主要原因是:脐带绕颈、害怕疼痛、过期或延期妊娠等。结论:加强孕产妇教育,对降低社会因素剖宫产率有积极作用。
Objective:To Discussion lead to caesarean section of the main causes of social factors and outcomes.Methods Analysis of 720 cases of the implementation of social factors cesarean section main reason.Results The implementation of social factors cesarean section is the main reason:the umbilical cord around the neck,fear of pain,expired or postpone pregnancy.Conclusion Enhancement of maternal education,to reduce social factors cesarean section rate has a positive role.
