摘要
目的:探讨应用美普清联合酮替芬治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效。方法:选择68例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分成两组,治疗组采用美普清片及酮替芬片口服,对照组给予氨茶碱片及酮替芬片口服。结果:治疗组与对照组显效率和总有效率比较没有统计学差异(P>0.05),咳嗽缓解时间与对照组比较没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:美普清及酮替芬治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效满意,是安全有效的治疗手段.
Objective To investigate the Meptin and Ketotifen treatment of children with cough variant asthma therapy.Methods 68 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group with Meptin and ketotifen tablet in the control group use aminophylline tablets and Ketotifen tablets.Results showed the treatment group and control group compared the efficiency and total efficiency was not statistically significant(P>0. 05),cough relief time compared with the control group no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The meptin and ketotifen treatment of children with cough variant asthma satisfaction is safe and effective treatment.
