摘要 目的:研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)抗癌药敏试验与化疗疗效的相关性,为临床肿瘤个体化化疗提供依据。方法:应用MTT吸光度法测定30例非小细胞肺癌患者外周血标本对临床常用的6种化疗药物的敏感性或耐药性,比较其差异。结果:非小细胞肺癌化疗敏感性个体差异较大,各药物对淋巴细胞平均抑制率由高到低的顺序与临床一致,各用药方案间比较存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:PBL抗癌药敏试验有助于指导临床肿瘤个体化化疗和预测化疗疗效。 Objectives To explore the relationship between the sensitivity of peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL)to chemotherapy and chemotherapeutic effects and to provide the data for individualized chemotherapy in patients with non-small celllung cancer(NSCI C).Methods The sensitivity or resistance of 5 kinds of commonly used chemotherapeuticdrugs and combined chemotherapy in peripheral blood lymphocytes and granulocytes of 30 cases with non—small—cell lung cancer in vitro by classic MTT colorimetric assay.Results The individual chemOsensitivity of NSCLC were comparatively different.All drugs was significant difference;,P<0.05.Conclusion The sensitivity of PBI to anti cancer drugs is helpful to individualized chemotherapy and prediction of the curative effect in patients with NSCLC.
