女性压力性尿失禁动物模型的建立

摘要 目的:探讨双侧阴部神经切断方法建立女性压力性尿失禁动物模型的可行性。方法:30只健康雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为实验组(n=15)和对照组(n=15)。实验组切断双侧阴部神经,对照组模拟手术步骤,只游离双侧阴部神经不切断;所有大鼠行耻骨上膀胱置管并测定最大膀胱容量及腹压漏尿点压。结果和结论:实验组最大膀胱容量及腹压漏尿点压均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。采用双侧阴部神经切除术建立SUI大鼠模型,是一种有效的、易复制的压力性尿失禁造模方法。
