摘要
目的:探讨血液中8项生化指标与正常妊娠妇女不同孕周的关系及在临床中的意义。方法:采用美国Beckman CX4 △全自动生化分析仪,在相同条件下动态监测了138名不同孕周妇女及495名正常非妊娠妇女血清8项生化指标并进行了相关性分析。结果实验组ALP、ALB、BUN、CR、TG、TCH、HDL-C、LDL-C与正常对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期间上述有显著差异的生化指标应以正常妊娠周期为参考值,尤其在第29～32孕周时各项生化指标变化具有重要的指导意义。
Objective:Aim monitor fetal conditions in uter and fetoplacental function.Assuring fetal's normal growing and developing.prevent pregnant women's complications.Method choose 8 biochemical parameters to monitor dynamically in 138 pregnant women with different pregnant weeks and 495 normal non-pregnant women.The apparatus is Beckman cx4 auto-biochemical analyzer.Result the levels of ALP、ALB、BUN、CR、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C have a significent divarication between test group and control group.Conclusion the levels of the parameters above should be assessed according to the different pregnant weeks.The 8 different biochemical values,especially during 29～32 pregnant weeks,are of great directorial significence to the doctors.The others parameters' normal values can be identified with the normal non-prenant woman.
