超声子宫水造影对女性不孕症的临床诊疗价值

Sonography of uterine water contrast to female infertility clinical value

目的:评价超声子宫水造影对于女性不孕症宫腔病变的诊断价值。方法:选择19～42岁不孕女性88例,进行超声子宫水造影检查,必要时行宫腔镜及病理检查。结果:SIS与HS宫腔病变诊断符合率为82.7%(43/52)。其中子宫内膜息肉、宫腔粘连、宫腔畸形、黏膜下肌瘤和内膜癌诊断符合率分别为88%(46/52)、96%(50/52)、100%(52/52)、98%(51/52)、98%(51/52)。术后3月内受孕率26%。结论:超声子宫水造影简便易行、花费少、费时短、痛苦小,是不孕女性宫腔及输卵管病变检查及治疗的有效方法。

Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of saline solution infusion sonohysterography(SIS) in diagnosis of intrauterine pathologies in infertile women.METHODS:88 infertile women,aged 19-42 were enrolled in the study.SIS was performed in every patient.hysteroscopy(HS) and pathology were performed in necessary Results:Diagnostic accuracy was 82.7%(43/52) in SIS and HS,for endometrial polyps was 88%(46/52),uterine adhesion was 96%(50/52),uterine deformity was 100%(52/52),submucous myoma was 98%(51/52) and Endometria carcinoma was 98%(51/52) respectively.conception rate was 26% within three months after examinations.Conclusions:SIS is simple,and inexpensive diagnostic method.The procedure is not time-consuming,causes minimal discomfort to the patient.The method may be recommended for the diagnosis and therapy of intrauterine or fallopian tube pathologies in infertile women.
