陈旧性肺结核伴发周围型肺癌的CT诊断与活检结果分析(附32例)

Analysis of CT imaging features and the results of percutaneous lung biopsy of Obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied with peripheral lung carcinoma

目的:探讨陈旧性肺结核伴发周围型肺癌的CT影像特征与鉴别诊断。方法:对32例陈旧性肺结核伴发周围型肺癌的CT影像特点与经皮肺穿刺活检结果进行回顾性分析。结果:32例陈旧性肺结核伴发周围型肺癌的患者中,22例具有周围型肺癌典型CT特征,10例CT诊断时漏诊:其中5例CT诊断为结核性病灶,5例CT诊断为炎性病变。结论:陈旧性结核合并周围型肺癌常见,单凭影像学鉴别诊断较为困难,肺穿活检可提高诊断准确率。

Objective:To explorer the CT imaging features and differential diagnosis of Obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied with peripheral lung carcinoma.Method:Retrospective analysis CT imaging features and the results of percutaneous lung biopsy under spiral CT-guided of 32 cases of Obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied with peripheral lung carcinoma.Results:In 32 cases of Obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied with peripheral lung carcinoma;22 patients with typical CT imaging features of peripheral lung cancer,while 10 cases was misdiagnosis:5 cases was misdiagnosis of tuberculous lesions,5 cases was misdiagnosis of inflammatory lesions.Conclusion:Obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied with peripheral lung carcinoma is common seen,it is difficult to make confidence diagnosis,percutaneous lung biopsy can increase accuracy of diagnosis.
