昆明机场24例小儿热性惊厥诊疗体会

Experience of 24 children with febrile convulsion treatment in Kunming airport

目的:对昆明机场24例小儿热性惊厥的诊疗进行总结。方法:对2005年至2010年昆明机场救治的小儿热性惊厥24例的病历资料进行分析。结果:经积极有效的医疗处置,24例小儿热性惊厥患儿均痊愈出院。讨论:对小儿热性惊厥的患者应积极应对,现场准备充分,及时给予止惊、退热、治疗原发性疾病。上述措施的有效执行,对于维护机场正常秩序,树立窗口服务部门的优质形象有着重要意义。

Objective:Summary of 24 children with febrile convulsion treatment.Methods:Analysis of 24 cases of medical treatment of pediatric febrile convulsion.Results:With positive and effective medical treatment,24 children with febrile convulsion children were cured.Conclusion:On febrile convulsion in children,the effective implementation of the measures to maintain normal order,antipyretic,treatment of primary disease,it is important of the field first aid.
