儿童过敏性紫癜187例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 187 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura

目的:探讨儿童过敏性紫癜的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析我科2009年1月至2011年9月收治的187例过敏性紫癜患儿的临床资料。结果:①过敏性紫癜发病季节以秋冬季为主,呼吸道感染是最常见诱因;②临床表现以皮疹为主,消化道症状58.3﹪,以消化道症状为首发的过敏性紫癜临床易误诊,关节症状约47.6﹪,紫癜性肾炎发生率为45.9%,临床主要表现为血尿和(或)蛋白尿。结论:过敏性紫癜是儿童常见病,需重视过敏性紫癜发病诱因的检查及临床多系统损害。

Objective:To explore clinical characteristics of Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)in children.Methods:187 cases with HSP hospitalized in our department from January,2009 to September,2011 were retrospectively studied on clinical characteristics.Results:1.The peak season of HSP is autumn and winter,respiratory infection is the most commom inducement.2.The main clinical manifestation is purpura,58.3% patients were presented gastrointestinal symptoms,patients presented initially with gastrointestinal symptoms were easy to be misdiagnosed,47.6﹪ patients were presented joint symptoms.45.9% patients were occurred purpura nephritis,hematuria and/or proteinuria is the most commom clinical manifestation.Conclution:Henoch-Schonlein purpura is a common disease in children,special attention should be paid to the morbility inducement and multi-system damage in HSP
