超声造影诊断胃炎、胃溃疡的临床应用

The clinic diagnostic of Ultrasonic Gastrography in patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer

目的:探讨超声造影诊断胃炎、胃溃疡的应用价值。方法:收集2009年1月-2011年5月有胃病患者症状患者200例,分析胃炎、胃溃疡和胃息肉在胃超声造影图像上的表现,对于超声发现病变并同期接受胃镜或术后病理检查者进行分析。结果:胃溃疡超声造影与病理诊断的符合率为92.2%,明显高于胃溃疡70.0%(χ2=3.841,P<0.05);急性胃炎声像见胃壁轻度较均匀增厚,回声增强或减弱;胃溃疡声像见胃体前壁增厚伴凹陷,强回声,局部蠕动消失;胃息肉声像见低或中等回声团块,有摆动感,胃壁稍厚。结论:胃超声造影检查对胃部病变有一定的诊断价值。

Objective:To investigate the application value of Ultrasonic Gastrography in patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer.Methods:200 cases of gastric symptoms Collected and analyzed from January 2009-May 2011,Compared of Ultrasonic Gastrography gastro-scopy and pathologic examination were analysis,Results:The compliance rate 92.2% of ultrasound imaging and pathological diagnosis In gastric ulcer were significantly higher than 70.0% in than acute gastritis(χ2 = 3.841,P<0.05);The acute gastritis audio and video see more even mild thickening of the stomach,echo increase or decrease;gastric wall thickening of the gastric body audiovisual see with depression,a strong echo,local peristalsis disappeared;gastric polyps audio and video are low or moderate echogenic mass,with swing movement,stomach thicker.Conclusions:Gastrography is an effective method to diagnose gastric diseases.
