心脏电压依赖性钾通道的研究进展

摘要 通过科技的进步,随着分子生物学技术的发展,引进的结构分析,电子和重组DNA技术方法,克隆了多种钾离子通道基因,使其能够更多的了解钾离子通道功能和遗传结构,以及基因结构和渠道动态和渠道之间的关系。本文仅对第一类K+通道即电压依赖性K+通道的最新研究进展简略综述如下。 The advancement of technology,along with the development of molecular biology techniques,the introduction of structural analysis,electronics,and methods of recombinant DNA technology,cloning a variety of potassium channel gene,to enable them to learn more about the potassium ion channel function and genetic structure,and gene structure and channel dynamics and channel relationships.This is only the first voltage-dependent K+ channel K+ channels of the latest research briefly summaried below.
