米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血观察护理分析

Effect of misoprostol combined with uterine contraction in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony observation nursing analysis

目的:探讨米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的实际临床疗效及临床护理。方法:临床统计了62例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,对照组采用缩宫素治疗,治疗组采用米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗,对两组患者行临床护理,观察其产后出血量,统计实际临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈31例,产后2h出血量为332.9ml,对照组治愈24例,产后2h出血量为445.8ml。结论:米索前列醇联合缩宫素能有效促进子宫收缩,止血效果显著,同时配合精心的护理至关重要。

objective:to study the forefront of rice suo alcohol joint oxytocin treatment contractions of weakness of postpartum hemorrhage actual clinical efficacy and clinical care.Methods;the clinical data of 62 cases of postpartum hemorrhage weak contractions,patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,the control group was used by the 31 cases of oxytocin treatment,the treatment group in metres forefront cable joint oxytocin alcohol treatment, to the two groups of patients were done clinical care,observe the postpartum blood loss,statistical actual clinical curative effect.Results:treatment group cure 31 patients,postpartum 2 h blood loss of 332.9 ml,and the control group,24 cases were cured postpartum 2 h blood loss of 445.8 ml.Conclusion:rice suo forefront alcohol joint oxytocin can promote effectively the uterine contractions,hemostatic effect is remarkable,and at the same time cooperate with elaborate care is very important.
