不同交易模式下公司和农户双边投资行为以及合作社最优规模研究

Research on Bilateral Investment Behavior between Company and Farmers and Cooperatives' Optimal Size under Different Transaction Modes

在不对称纳什谈判框架下,对比分析了"公司+农户"和"公司+合作社+农户"两种模式下公司和农户双边投资行为的变化逻辑,同时探讨了合作社规模的影响因素,并有针对性地设计了激励公司和农户双方提高投资水平的机制。研究结果表明:当农户通过组建合作社与公司进行集中谈判时,双方的投资水平和利润均能得到提高;存在一个促使农户与公司双方提高投资水平的合作社规模范围;"公司+合作社+农户"模式与"公司+农户"模式相比不仅能够实现交易的公平而且能够提高供应链的整体利润,因此更具有合作的稳定性。

Under the framework of asymmetric Nash bargaining,we compare changes at the level of investment under such two circumstances as individual farmers negotiating with company and farmers forming a cooperative to negotiate with company collectively,discuss the appropriate scale of cooperatives and aim to design the incentive mechanism for both company and farmers to increase the level of investment.The research results show that:when farmers form a cooperative to bargain with company collectively,both the level of investment and profits will improve;there exists a certain range of cooperative scale for both farmers and the company to improve the level of investment;compared with'company plus farmer'mode,'company plus cooperative plus farmer'mode can realize the trade fairness of supply chain between the upstream and the downstream,for the reason of higher cooperation stability.
