智力资本理论观念下的科研团队核心竞争力研究

Study on the Core Competitiveness of Scientific Research Team under the Intellectual Capital Theory

科研团队是科学家进行科学研究活动的基本单元,也是工作在科学研究第一线科研实践的具体承担者。科研团队的核心竞争力是一个正在受到广泛关注的重要课题。在智力资本理论的指导下,本文提出了一个较为贴近科研实际的核心竞争力评价指标体系,并选择了分属不同高校和科研院所的四个科研团队,对它们的核心竞争力进行了对比分析。

Research team,as the basic unit where scientists conduct scientific research activities,works in the front-line scientific research field.The core competitiveness of research team is now becoming a widely watched key issue.Under the guidance of the intellectual capital theory,we establish an evaluation index system,which is close to the actual core competitiveness.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the core competitiveness of four research teams selected from the Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences and universities.
