摘要
创业团队社会资本是影响新创企业绩效的主要因素之一。引入创业团队效能感为中介变量,构建创业团队社会资本与新创企业绩效关系模型,以福建省97个创业团队的调查数据进行实证分析。研究结果表明,创业团队社会资本包括内、外部两个层面,社会资本各子维度与新创企业绩效之间的关系性质有正有负,创业团队效能感在创业团队社会资本与新创企业绩效之间发挥不同程度的中介效应。从团队组建、团队治理、团队外部网络拓展三方面提出相应的管理建议。
Entrepreneurial team social capital could be seen as an important factor of new venture performance. This paper introduces entrepreneurial team-efficacy as a moderator,develops a conceptual model based on the relationship between entrepreneurial team social capital and new venture performance,and uses data of 97 entrepreneur teams in Fujian for empirical analysis. The empirical analysis reveals that entrepreneurial team social capital includes two interactive layers( internal and external) that have either positive or negative impacts on new venture performance,which is mediated partly by entrepreneurial team-efficacy. Finally,the study provides several practical management suggestions based on the empirical research results,including team construction,team's governance mechanisms,team's external network expansion and social trust mechanism remodeling.
