利益相关者导向会影响供需双方的关系绩效吗?

Does Stakeholder Orientation Exert Impact on Suppliers and Buyers Relational Performance?

以142份企业数据为样本,实证考察了供应链中供需双方正式关系与非正式关系对关系绩效的影响,并考虑了政府导向和社区导向这两种利益相关者导向的调节作用。研究发现,供需双方的正式关系与非正式关系均正向影响关系绩效,但政府导向和社区导向的调节作用却不完全相同,具体表现为:政府导向能够增强供需双方的正式关系对关系绩效的作用,同时并没有显著削弱供需双方的非正式关系对关系绩效的作用;社区导向同样强化了供需双方的正式关系对关系绩效的影响,但却显著弱化了非正式关系对关系绩效的影响。研究表明,供应链企业可以同时通过塑造正式与非正式关系提升关系绩效,政府导向与社区导向能够进一步提升正式关系的作用,而社区导向能够一定程度上替代非正式关系的影响。

Based on 142 sets of data from enterprises,this paper empirically testify the impact of formal and informal supplier /buyer relationship on relational performance and the mediating role of two kinds of stakeholder orientation,namely government orientation and community orientation. It is revealed that both formal and informal relationship between supplier and buyer positively affects relational performance,while government and community orientations have different moderating effect. Specifically,government orientation as well as community orientation strengthens the positive effect formal relationship on relational performance. However,only community orientation significantly weakens the effect informal relationship on relational performance. The result suggests that enterprises can improve relational performance by establishing both formal and informal relationship with up- stream or down-stream. The effect of formal relationship can be enhanced by government orientation and community orientation,whereas informal relationship can be partially substituted by community orientation.
