基于Rough-DEMATEL的企业绿色增长模式影响因素识别

随着世界环境破坏日趋严重,社会、经济绿色转型发展已成为当今的主要议题,经济、社会的发展离不开承载着资本、技术与劳动力的现代企业,因此企业的绿色发展是解决当今世界环境问题的重要途径,而识别企业绿色增长模式的影响因素是实现企业绿色发展的首要问题。基于此,本文针对企业发展特点及绿色增长模式的要素,构建企业绿色增长模式的影响因素指标,运用粗糙集理论对指标进行信息重复性约简。采用灰数与DEMATEL相结合的方法分析约简后的各指标对企业绿色增长模式的影响程度及因素之间的作用关系。通过本研究为企业绿色增长影响因素识别提供了新的研究思路,也为企业绿色增长模式的选择提供理论指导。

With the increasingly serious destruction of world environment,the green transformation of social and economic development has become a focus nowadays. As the economic and social development can't be separated from modern enterprises with the capital,technologies and labor,green development of enterprises is an important way to solve the world's environmental problems,and to identify the factors affecting enterprises' green growth model is the key to achieving such green development. Based on this,this paper builds up influencing factor indicators of enterprises' green growth model according to the characteristics of enterprises' green growth and factors of green growth model,and takes the reduction of information repeatability of indicators by the rough set theory. It analyzes the influencing degree of the indexes after reduction to the enterprise green growth model and relationship among the factor with gray number and DEMATEL. Through this research,it provides a new idea for identifying influencing factors of enterprises green growth and theoretical guidance for choosing enterprises' green growth model.
