基于传统文化现代性转化的乡村规划策略研究——以江西省浮梁县乡村文化复兴规划为例

Study on Rural Planning Strategies Based on the Transformation of Traditional Culture Modernity——Taking Fuliang County of Jiangxi Province as an Example

现代化的发展过程中,乡村传统文化收到冲击和挑战。乡村传统文化在中国文化中占据重要的地位,在中共十九大提出的乡村振兴战略中也具有重要地位。对于乡村传统文化,在保护的同时,需要将乡村传统文化与现代社会有机融合,进行现代性的转化,才能为传统文化提供源源不竭的发展动力。乡村传统文化与现代性存在差异,但并不是完全对立,两者之间可以相互融合,互相促进。文章通过对既往相关研究的归纳,总结出乡村传统文化在规划层面上进行现代化转化可以实施的策略:更大地域范围的乡村串联、对传统文化进行批判性的扬弃和引入新时代的新文化刺激。基于这一思路,笔者借助江西省浮梁县的乡村文化复兴规划实践,试图检验和进一步探索乡村传统文化现代性转化的策略。笔者结合实际情况,以现代性转化的视角,分三个层面讨论了浮梁县传统文化的现代性转化的思路:确立县域尺度的传统文化视野、传统文化的挖掘梳理与现代性分析、乡村传统文化的分类现代性转化举措。通过对实际项目的过程性讨论,可以发现一些普适性的原则,同时也需要结合实际问题进行实际分析,文章通过理论和实践两方面的探讨,以期对乡村文化振兴的相关学术问题有所裨益。

In the process of modernization, rural traditional culture has received shocks and challenges.The traditional culture of the country occupies an important position in Chinese culture and also plays an important role in the rural revitalization strategy proposed by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist party of China. For the traditional culture of the countryside, while protecting, it is necessary to organically integrate the traditional culture of the countryside with the modern society, and to transform with the modernity, in order to provide an inexhaustible development momentum for the traditional culture. There is a difference between traditional rural culture and modernity, but it is not completely opposite. The two can be mutually integrated and promote each other. Through the summarization of previous related researches, the article summarizes the strategies that can be implemented by modernizing rural traditional culture at the planning level: rural integration in a larger geographical area, critical sublation of traditional culture and introduction of new cultural stimuli in the new era.. Based on this idea, the author tries to test and further explore the strategy of modernity-transformation of rural traditional culture by the practice of rural cultural rejuvenation planning in Fuliang County, Jiangxi Province. Based on the actual situation, the author discusses the modern transformation of Fuliang County’s traditional culture from three perspectives: Establish the traditional cultural vision at the county level, the excavation and modernity analysis of traditional culture, and the classification and modernization transformation of rural traditional culture. Through the procedural discussion of actual projects, some universal principles can be found, and practical analysis needs to be carried out in combination with practical problems. The article explores the theoretical and practical area in order to benefit the relevant academic issues of rural cultural revitalization.
