全要素社区概念下的社区绿化重建与设计研究——以朝阳区霞光里社区30号环境改善项目为例

Research on Community Greening Reconstruction and Design under the Concept of Total Element Community——Take Xiaguangli Community No.30 in Chaoyang Environmental Improvement Project as an Example

在城市不断发展的过程中,新旧建筑的交替出现逐渐呈现出来。老旧社区体现在老年人集中,停车位不足,私搭建筑现象严重,休闲空间不足,基础设施不完善等问题,且基本属于无物业状态。以朝阳区霞光里社区30号环境整治工程为例,综合小区居民人员结构以及生活习惯,引入全要素小区理念,对其休闲空间进行改造,解决安全隐患,改善出行条件,从而提高老旧小区中居民的生活水平与幸福指数。

In the process of urban development, the alternation of old and new buildings has gradually emerged. Old communities are characterized by the concentration of the elderly, inadequate parking spaces, serious private buildings,inadequate leisure space and imperfect infrastructure, and are basically in a state of no property. Taking the environmental renovation project No. 30 of Xiaguangli Community in Chaoyang District as an example, this paper integrates the structure and living habits of residents in the community, introduces the concept of all-factor community, reforms its leisure space, solves the potential safety hazards and improves the travel conditions, so as to improve the living standard and happiness index of residents in the old community.
