摘要 记得几年前,在澳洲阿德雷德大学读酿酒专业的毕业班学生甘(Gen)告诉我他将选择黑比诺葡萄(Pinot Noir)酿制他的毕业作品时,我惊讶得瞪大了眼睛,脱口说道:"佩服你的勇气,祝你好运!"因为,黑比诺是有名的难伺候的葡萄品种,即使是有经验的酿酒师也不敢保证每次酿出的黑比诺酒是优秀和出众的。要酿出上好的黑比诺酒不仅需要天时、地理、人和,更需要有勇气面对失败,需要有不停的钻研和揣摩。
