摘要
按照FAO国际植物检疫措施标准的有害生物风险分析框架,对越南、印尼、菲律宾、马来西亚、印度和泰国输华去皮毛椰子可能携带的有害生物进行了分析。明确这6个国家椰子上的有害生物173种,其中昆虫138种,螨7种,软体动物1种,线虫9种,真菌15种,类病毒1种,原核生物2种。凡在中国没有分布或局部有分布且处于官方控制下的有害生物都作为潜在的检疫性有害生物,共筛选出52种,对这52种潜在的检疫性有害生物作进一步评估,确定中方关注的输华去皮毛椰子中度风险以上的有害生物6种,其中高度风险2种,中度风险4种。并提出了风险管理措施,建议将这6种的潜在的检疫性有害生物作为输入去皮毛椰子的检疫性有害生物写入相关议定书中,要求不得携带。
Pest risk analysis of dehusked coconut imported from Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines,Malaysia, India and Thailand was conducted according to the guideline of PRA issued by FAO. A total of 173 pests were recorded in above 6 countries which exported dehusked coconut to China in recent 20 years, including 138 insects, 7 acari, 1 mollusk, 9 nematodes, 15 fungus, 1 viroid and 2 prokaryotes,according to available information. Pests of those not present in China or, if present, of limited distribution and subject to official control, were considered as potential quarantine pests for further assessment. Fifty-two candidate species were screened as potential quarantine pests. Amongst, 6 species were ranked with risk medium or high. A risk management measures was suggested to reduce the risk of dehusked coconut importation. We suggest that all the 6 potential quarantine pests should be stated as quarantine pests in bilateral agreements and not permit to be carried in dehusked coconut.
