广西蔬菜种子植物检疫现状与对策分析

Present situation and the countermeasure analysis of vegetable seed plant quarantine in Guangxi

蔬菜种子植物检疫在农业生产和发展中有重要作用。本文主要阐述了植物检疫工作中发现的蔬菜种子带证率极低、检疫编号不一致、一证多用和货证不符等问题;以及专业检疫执法难度大、专业检疫执法队伍不稳和专业检疫执法力度不够等检疫现状;针对问题并结合实际情况进行对策分析,提出建议。

Vegetable seed plant quarantine plays an important role in the production and development of agriculture. This paper mainly expounds the problems of low pass rate during the inspection, the inconsistent in quarantine number, multi-purpose, the goods failing to match the certificates; and the quarantine status of the difficulty of professional and quarantine enforcement, the unstable professional quarantine law enforcement team and lack of professional law enforcement. For the above problems, we combine with the actual situations to countermeasure analysis, and put forward suggestions.
