摘要
空气过滤器可防止有害生物随气体传播或逃逸,是植物隔离检疫温室生物安全性的重要保障。本文根据负压型植物隔离检疫温室的特点,设计了送排风子系统的空气过滤器布局方案,选择了可耐高温、高湿、阳光直射、紫外线和农药消毒处理的空气过滤器。经过一年的隔离检疫实际操作。经检测,送排风子系统的空气过滤器对隔离种植的各类有害生物的过滤效果达到99.99%,符合"实验室生物安全通用要求"国家标准的生物安全性要求。该温室空气过滤器的布局方案可为同类型植物隔离检疫温室建设提供有益的借鉴。
Air filters were used to prevent pest escape or spread from greenhouse. They are important guarantee for biological safety. In this paper based on nature of greenhouse, layout scheme of air filters in air supply subsystem and exhaust subsystem was designed. These air filters tolerated high temperature,high humidity, direct sunlight,ultraviolet radiation and pesticide treatment. Through one year actual quarantine operation, the requirement of biological safety of all kinds of air filters are accordance with Laboratories-General Requirements for Biosafety(GB19489).The result of Filtering effect was 99.99%. The layout scheme of air filters would be reference function for building other greenhouse.
