摘要
为了控制内生集壶菌发生面积,减轻危害程度,更好地促进马铃薯产业健康发展,笔者搜集了18个马铃薯品种,通过接种试验,在生长期和收获期进行病情调查和产量调查,以筛选出抗病、高产、优质品种在内生集壶菌发生区推广应用。试验结果表明:毕薯5号、青薯168两个品种既抗病又高产,可以在病区示范推广;河坝、烟盒、地龙一号和青薯9号、毕薯4号5个品种抗性水平为高感和中感,建议不在内生集壶菌发生区域种植;其他品种可进一步组织观察其抗性。
In order to control the occurrence area of endophytic fungus,reduce the harm degree and promote the healthy development of potato industry,the author collected 18 potato varieties,and investigated the disease condition and yield at growth period and harvest period by inoculation test,the variety of disease resistance,high yield and good quality is screened and applied on occurrence area of Synchytrium endobioticum(Schib) Percival. The result show that two varieties,the Bi potato No. 5 and Qingshu 168,are both disease resistant and yield high,can be extended and demonstrated in the endemic area; the resistance level of 5 varieties,BA,cigarette case,earthworm,Qingshu 9,Bishu 4 is high or medium,planting on occurrence area of Synchytrium endobioticum(Schib) Percival is not recommended,while other varieties need further research to observe the resistance.
