摘要
2018年9月泉州海关从美国装运废纸进境集装箱内夹带的牧豆树属(Prosopis)荚果中截获了牧豆象(Algarobius prosopis),这是我国口岸首次截获该种有害生物。本文对牧豆象的寄主、分布及形态特征进行了描述,并对其DNA条形码鉴定方法进行了介绍,为各口岸检疫鉴定提供参考。
The seed beetle Algarobius prosopis were intercepted from seed pods of Prosopis brought by waste paper in a container from USA by Quanzhou Costoms in Sep. 2018. It is the first time of this beetle intercepted in China. Host plants,distribution,morphological characters and DNA barcode of Algarobius prosopis is provided in this paper.
