台州地区成年人维生素A水平的初步调查及其季节性影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的初步建立台州地区成年人维生素A的参考区间,并分析其季节性影响。方法选取4 800例20岁以上的成年人,按年龄20岁~29岁、30岁~39岁、40岁~49岁、50岁~59岁、60岁~69岁和70岁以上分男、女各6组;按季节分为春、夏、秋、冬男、女各4组。采用质谱法检测维生素A。结果 4 800例结果中剔除78例离群点后,剩余4 722例数据,总体呈正偏态分布。男、女维生素A总体水平比较,分别为506 ng/ml和402 ng/ml,男性组显著高于女性组(P<0.01);男、女2组6个年龄段之间,维生素A水平除70岁以上组以外,其余5个年龄组男、女维生素A水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男、女冬季维生素A水平分别为679(593~747)ng/ml、477(499~677)ng/ml,较其他季节显著升高(P<0.01);男、女组之间在同一季节维生素A水平,男性较女性高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论维生素A浓度与性别、年龄相关,有必要建立男、女各年龄段相应的参考区间。维生素A水平受季节影响明显。 Objective To establish the reference interval of vitamin A for adults in Taizhou and analyze the seasonal effects.Methods A total of 4 800 adults aged 20 or above were selected and divided into 6 groups of males and females according to age,including 20-29 years old group,30-39 years old group,40-49 years old group,50-59 years old group,60-69 years old group and over 70 years old group.At the same time,according to seasons,they were divided into 4 groups.Vitamin A was detected by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).Results After eliminating 78 outliers from 4 800 results,the remaining 4 722 data showed a positive skewed distribution.The levels of vitamin A of men and women were respectively 506(426-606)ng/ml and 402(273-674)ng/ml,with the vitamin A level in male group higher than that in female group(P<0.01).In addition to the group over 70 years old,there was statistical significance on the differences in vitamin A levels between male and female in the other 5 age groups(P<0.01).In winter,the levels of vitamin A in men and women were 679(593-747)ng/ml,477(499-677)ng/ml,which were significantly higher than other seasons(P<0.01).In the same season,the level of vitamin A was higher in men than that in women,with the difference statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Vitamin A concentration is related to sex and age.It is necessary to establish a reference interval for men and women at all ages.Vitamin A levels were significantly affected by seasons.
