白细胞介素-35与白细胞介素-37在急性期浆细胞性乳腺炎患者外周血中的表达 被引量:6

The expressions of interleukin-35 and interleukin-37 in peripheral blood of patients with acute plasma cell mastitis

摘要 目的观察急性期浆细胞性乳腺炎(Plasma cell mastitis,PCM)患者外周血中细胞因子白细胞介素-35(Interleukin-35,IL-35)、白细胞介素-37(Interleukin-37,IL-37)的变化,以探讨急性期PCM的可能免疫机制。方法用酶联免疫吸附法检测急性期PCM患者(32例)、正常对照组患者(30例)和乳腺癌对照组患者(34例)外周血中细胞因子IL-35、IL-37的表达水平。结果乳腺癌对照组IL-35水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),急性期PCM组IL-35水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),急性期PCM组IL-35水平显著低于乳腺癌对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。急性期PCM组IL-37水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05),乳腺癌对照组IL-37水平与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),急性期PCM组IL-37水平高于乳腺癌对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性期浆细胞性乳腺炎患者外周血中IL-35表达下降,而IL-37表达上升,可能参与PCM形成的免疫机制。 Objective To observe levels of cytokines interleukin 35 and interleukin 37 in peripheral blood of patients with acute plasma cell mastitis,and to explore the possible immune mechanism of PCM in acute phase.Methods The levels of cytokines IL-35 and IL-37 in peripheral blood of 32 patients with acute PCM,30 patients with normal control group and 34 patients with breast cancer were detected by ELISA.Results The level of IL-35 in breast cancer control group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the level of IL-35 in acute PCM group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the level of IL-35 in acute PCM group was significantly lower than that in breast cancer control group(P<0.01).The level of IL-37 in acute PCM group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance on the difference between breast cancer control group and control group(P>0.05).The level of IL-37 in acute PCM group was higher than that in breast cancer control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of IL-35 in peripheral blood of patients with acute plasma cell mastitis decreased,while the expression of IL-37 increased,which may be involved in the immune mechanism of PCM formation.
