摘要
我们在本文中系统地论述了光互连在空分、时分和波分光交换中的应用和发展。认真讨论了这三种光交换系统中的光互连结构与技术特点。最后,阐述了三维光互连原理及技术在光通信及光计算中的应用与发展前景。
In this paper, we discuss the development and applications in space—division, time—division and wave-division-optical switching systems. Then, we in detail compare the features of architecture and technology、optical interconnections among these three optical switching systems. Finally, We interpret the promising development and applications of 3—dimensional optical interconnections in optical. Communication and computing areas.
