基于消费者行为博弈的卷烟零售终端形象建设研究 被引量:5

摘要 消费者的购买行为受多种因素影响,购买决策同样也基于多种决策模式。通过对毕节地区卷烟消费者的调查研究可知,毕节地区卷烟消费者大致可分为固定品牌偏好卷烟消费者和非固定品牌偏好卷烟消费者。本文将基于这两类消费者的购买行为。
