独立学院大学生学业拖延的心理因素分析及干预对策 被引量:2

摘要 学业拖延是包含认知、情感和行为成分的复杂心理行为,对大学生的学习与成长有重要影响。本文针对独立学院大学生群体,从学习动机、目标取向、自我效能感等方面分析了影响学业拖延的心理因素,并提出了相应的干预对策,以帮助学生调整心态,改变行为方式,顺利成长成才。
