基于微风发电的实心推力电磁轴承温度场分析

摘要 实心推力电磁轴承功率损耗绝大部分转化为热并通过轴承或转子系统与周围介质(空气)或机壳系统的热交换散发出去。因此,本文从实心推力电磁轴承温度场的特点入手,结合MAXWELL 2D软件对实心推力电磁轴承在工作时产生的温度场进行有限元分析,以期维持轴承工作系统热平衡,降低涡流损耗,改善系统温升特性,进而提高轴承的使用寿命。
